Maintenance Worker
1) Applies a general knowledge of basic carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting and plumbing techniques. 2) Uses and maintains a variety of tools used for general maintenance. 3) Performs routine inspections. 4) Maintenance and repair on all operated equipment and tools. 5) Performance of sanitation maintenance and custodial services on grounds and in buildings; 6) Mowing and maintenance of grounds and trails using a variety of equipment.
